摘要
该文通过镀铬的热处理工艺分析及新旧活塞杆样件的微观分析,认为镀铬缺陷及腐蚀源点很难避免,并根据不同的缺陷提出其腐蚀的发展趋势,并根据封孔剂阻断铬层腐蚀的发展路径验证其在中性盐雾试验室及岛礁海洋环境下的防腐效果。
During the analysis of Cr-coating technology for heating processing and new old oil-cylinder piston pole sample spare part, developing the idea that present Cr-coating deficiencies and corroding source point are hard to avoid. According to different defects, analyzing the trend in development of defects, using sealing agent stop the pathway of development Cr-coating deficiencies and testing the Cr-coating corrosion resistance effect in NSS laboratory and island reef marine environment.
