米索前列醇在妇产科临床中的应用效果观察

Observation on Clinical Application of Misoprostol in Gynecology and Obstetrics

目的:分析在妇产科患者产后出血中采用米索列醇的应用效果。方法:随机选取本院收治的72例产后出血患者为调查对象,根据其入院顺序分为常规组和实验组,各36例,常规组采用缩宫素治疗,实验组增加米索列醇治疗,比较两组产后出血患者治疗效果。结果:调查结果显示,实验组产后出血患者出血量显著低于常规组,并且其第三产程也明显短于常规组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而两组产后出血产妇治疗前和治疗后收缩压和舒张压无明显差异,组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在妇产科患者产后出血临床治疗中采用米索列醇能够有效起到止血作用,并且对缩短产妇产程有积极效果。

Objective:To analyze the effect of misoprostol in postpartum hemorrhage in gynecology and obstetrics patients.Methods:72 patients with postpartum hemorrhage were randomly selected as the subjects.According to the order of admission,they were divided into routine group and experimental group,36 cases each.The experimental group was treated with oxytocin,and the experimental group was treated with misol.The therapeutic effect of postpartum hemorrhage in two groups was compared.Results:The results showed that the amount of bleeding in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group,and the third stage of labor was significantly shorter than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure before and after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Misol can effectively stop bleeding in the clinical treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in gynecology and obstetrics patients,and has a positive effect on shortening the parturient’s labor process.
