摘要
目的:分析超声与核磁共振对胎儿神经系统发育异常诊断的应用价值。方法:选取本院30例胎儿神经系统发育异常患儿开展本次试验研究,30例患儿分别展开超声检查(对照组)和核磁共振检查(观察组),对比两组诊断效果。结果:与对照组阳性检出率相比,观察组明显偏高(P<0.05);与对照组的漏诊率和误诊率相比,观察组均明显偏低(P<0.05)。结论:相对比于超声诊断来说,给予胎儿神经系统发育异常患儿核磁共振检查能够获取到更高的诊断准确率,可以为患儿的后续治疗工作提供更详细、精准的依据,具有推广价值。
Objective:To analyze the value of ultrasound and nuclear magnetic resonance in the diagnosis of fetal nervous system dysplasia.Methods:From March 2017 to March 2019,30 children with fetal nervous system dysplasia were selected to carry out this experimental study.30 children were examined by ultrasound(control group)and nuclear magnetic resonance(observation group)respectively,and the diagnostic results of the two groups were compared.Results:The positive detection rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with ultrasonic diagnosis,nuclear magnetic resonance examination can obtain higher diagnostic accuracy,and can provide more detailed and accurate basis for the follow-up treatment of children with abnormal nervous system development.
