环境规制情景下理事长绿色认知对合作社绿色创业行为的影响研究

Impact of Farmers’ Cooperatives Directors’ Green Cognition on Cooperatives’ Green Entrepreneurial Behavior in the Situation of Environmental Regulation

利用江西省334份农民合作社调研数据,构建结构方程模型检验合作社理事长绿色认知对合作社绿色创业行为的影响机制,并将环境规制作为调节变量,探究环境规制对合作社理事长绿色认知-合作社绿色创业行为关系的调节效应。结果表明:(1)理事长绿色认知中,压力认知和前景认知对农民合作社绿色创业意愿均有显著正向影响,且程度依次递增;(2)约束型环境规制与激励型环境规制对合作社理事长绿色认知向绿色创业行为转化的调节效应呈现显著负向调节作用。基于此,提出如下建议:第一,大力提升合作社理事长前景认知,提高合作社绿色创业的积极性与主动性;第二,高度重视社会压力,推进合作社绿色创业社会监督;第三,全面优化合作社绿色创业环境规制,完善相关政策,加大补贴力度,因地制宜对合作社的实际情况进行适度管理,为合作社绿色创业创造较为宽松的政策环境。

With the survey data collected of 334 farmers’ cooperatives in Jiangxi Province,a structural equation model was constructed to test the impact mechanism of the cooperatives directors’ green cognition on the cooperative’s green entrepreneurial behavior,and environmental regulation was used as a moderator variable to explore the impact of the cooperatives directors’ green cognition on cooperatives green entrepreneurial behavior.The results showed that:(1)In the green cognition of directors,the cognition of pressure and prospect had significant positive influence on the green entrepreneurial intention of farmers’ professional cooperatives,and the degree increased successively.(2)Restrictive environmental regulations and incentive environmental regulations had a significant negative moderating effect on the transformation of cooperatives directors’ green cognition to green entrepreneurial behavior.Therefore,the following suggestions are put forward:First,it is necessary to improve the cognition of the cooperative directors’ prospects and strengthen the enthusiasm and initiative of the cooperative green entrepreneurship.Second,it is important to pay high attention to social pressure and promote social supervision of cooperative green entrepreneurship.Third,it is vital to comprehensively optimize the regulations on cooperative green entrepreneurship environment,improve relevant policies,increase subsidies,appropriately manage the actual situation of cooperatives according to local conditions,and create a relatively loose policy environment for cooperative green entrepreneurship.
