基于文献的中医临床实践指南共识法专家遴选指标研究

Research on Expert Selection Index of Consensus Method in TCM Clinical Practice Guidelines Based on Literature Review

目的:定量分析中医临床实践指南共识法专家遴选的指标,为今后采用共识法制定临床实践指南时提供参考。方法:全面检索2011年1月—2020年11月公开数据库中发表的采用共识法制订的中医临床实践指南研究文献,制定纳入排除标准,对文献进行筛选和分类,统计分析共识专家遴选指标。结果:共纳入文献68篇,其中66篇采用了德尔菲法或改良德尔菲法,2篇采用了共识会议法。共识专家遴选较多考虑的是专业领域、职称、工作性质、从业年限、地区分布、学历、学会担任职务,而专家科研与临床能力的量化标准、指南的接受度和预期完成能力、指南制定经验较少考虑。结论:中医临床实践指南共识法专家遴选指标有一定标准但并不统一,有待进一步规范。

Objective: To provide reference for formulating clinical practice guidelines by consensus method through quantitatively analyzing the indicators of experts selection in consensus method of TCM clinical practice guidelines. Methods: TCM clinical practice guidelines literature published in the open databases from January 2011 to November 2020 were comprehensively reviewed. The literature were screened and classified after the formulation of inclusion and exclusion criteria. The selection index of consensus experts were statistically analyzed. Results: A total of 68 articles were included, including 66 articles using Delphi method or improved Delphi method, and 2 articles using consensus meeting method. Criteria for consensus experts selection mainly considered professional field, title, nature of work, years of employment, regional distribution, educational background, and positions held by the associations. The quantitative standards of experts’ scientific research and clinical ability, the acceptance and expected completion ability of the guidelines, and the experience in formulating relevant guidelines were less considered. Conclusion: The indicators of experts selection in consensus method of TCM clinical practice guidelines were certain standardized but not unified, and need to be further standardized.
