胃癌患者癌组织膜联蛋白A2 FOXJ1及SATB-1表达与预后的相关性分析

Correlation analysis of ANXA2,FOXJ1 and SATB-1 expression in cancer tissues in gastric cancer patients

目的分析胃癌患者癌组织膜联蛋白A2(ANXA2)、叉头框蛋白J1(FOXJ1)及核基质结合蛋白(SATB-1)表达及与预后的相关性。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月期间接收的60例胃癌患者癌组织定为研究组,对照组选择体检健康人群60例的正常胃部组织标本。采用免疫组织化学法测定癌组织及正常组织标本中的ANXA2、FOXJ1及STAB-1水平并比较,对胃癌患者进行后期随访,研究ANXA2、FOXJ1、SATB-1表达与预后的相关性。结果研究组ANXA2和SATB-1阳性表达率明显高于对照组(66.67%vs 1.67%,68.33%vs 3.33%),FOXJ1阳性表达率明显低于对照组(46.67%vs 95.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后随访12个月,生存率为76.67%(46/60),病死率为23.33%(14/60)。生存患者ANXA2和SATB-1阳性表达率低于死亡患者,FOXJ1阳性表达率高于死亡患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ANXA2、FOXJ1及SATB-1参与胃癌的发病进程,且与患者术后生存率有密切的关系。

Objective To analyse the correlation of membrane annexin A2(ANXA2),forkhead frame protein J1(FOXJ1)and nuclear matrix binding protein(SATB-1)expression in cancer tissues and the prognosis of gastric cancer patients.Methods Sixty cancer tissues of gastric cancer patients were received from January 2019 to January 2020,it was selected as the study group.Normal gastric tissue samples from 60 healthy people who had a normal physical examination in our hospital were selected as control group.ANXA2,FOXJ1,and STAB-1 levels in cancer tissues and normal tissues specimens were determined by immunohistochemistry,Comparing the ANXA2,FOXJ1,SATB-1 expression levels between control and tissue samples of control group and study group,patients of study group were followed up to study the correlation between ANXA2,FOXJ1,SATB-1 expression and prognosis in the cancer tissues of gastric cancer patients.Results The positive expression rate of ANXA2 and SATB-1 was significantly higher in tissue samples than controls(66.67%vs 1.67%,68.33%vs 3.33%),the positive expression rate of FOXJ1 was significantly lower in tissue samples than controls(46.67%vs 95.00%)(P<0.05).After 12 months of postoperative follow-up,the follow-up rate was 100%,with a survival rate of 76.67%(46/60)and a mortality rate of 23.33%(14/60).The positive expression rates of ANXA2 and SATB-1 in surviving patients were lower than those in dead patients,and the positive expression rate of FOXJ1was higher than those in dead patients(P<0.05).Conclusion ANXA2,FOXJ1 and SATB-1 are involved in the pathogenesis of gastric cancer and are closely related to patient postoperative survival.
