布拉氏酵母菌辅助治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎的效果及对肠道菌群的影响

The Effect of Saccharomyces Boulardii for Assisted Treating Infantile Rotaviral Enteronitis,and its Influence on Intestinal Flora

目的:探讨布拉氏酵母菌辅助治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床效果,以及对患儿肠道菌群的影响。方法:以2019年6月至2021年1月我院收治的56例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿(0~3岁)为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,各28例,对照组患儿接受常规治疗(如止泻、抗病毒、静脉+口服补液、纠正水电解质失衡状态、停母乳喂养、无乳糖饮食等),试验组在常规治疗基础上应用布拉氏酵母菌。比较2组总体治疗效果,以及患儿治疗前、后肠道主要菌群(乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌和大肠埃希菌)分布情况。结果:试验组治疗总有效率(92.43%)明显高于对照组(71.43%),P<0.05。与治疗前相比,试验组治疗后乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌数量明显增加(P<0.05),大肠埃希菌数量明显减少(P<0.05);而对照组治疗后乳酸杆菌数量明显增加(P<0.05),双歧杆菌数量无明显变化(P>0.05),大肠埃希菌数量明显减少(P<0.05)。治疗后2组间比较,试验组乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌数量均多于对照组(P<0.05),大肠埃希菌数量少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:常规治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎时,联合应用布拉氏酵母菌可提高临床疗效,增加肠道有益菌群数量。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Saccharomyces boularidii(Sachets)for assisted treating infantile rovaviral enteronitis(RVE),as well as its influence on intestinal flora.Methods Randomly divided 56cases with infantile RVE(aged 0-3yr.)treated in author’s hospital(2019-06-2021-01)into trial group(28cases,routine therapy plus Sachets)and control group(28cases,routine therapy,i.e stop diarrhea,anti-virus,intravenous and oral infusion,correct hydroelectrolytic imbalance,not feedingbreast,diet of no lactose,etc);compared both groups’whole efficacy,as well as main flora distribution(including lactobacillus,bifidobacterium,and Ec.oli)before and after treatment.Results In total effective rate trial group was significantly higher than control group(92.43%vs 71.43%,P<0.05);compared to before treatment,in trial group after treatment the amount of lactobacillus and bifidobacterium were significantly increased(P<0.05),the amount of Ec.oli decrease(P<0.05),meanwhile,in control group the amount of lactobacillus was significantly increased(P<0.05),the amount of bifidobacterium had no significant change(P>0.05),the amount of Ec.oli decreased(P<0.05).Between the two groups the amount of lactogacillus and bifidobacteriumin trial group were more than that in control group(P<0.05),but the amount of Ec.oli less than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For infantile RVE routine therapy plus Sachets can enhance clinical effect,and increase the amount of profitable intestinal flora.
