摘要
目的:探讨医护联合共情查房对急诊观察室肠梗阻患者心理状态及睡眠质量的影响。方法:以2020年2月至2021年3月于我院急诊观察室留观且接受医护联合共情查房的33例肠梗阻患者为观察组,2019年1月至2020年1月于我院急诊观察室留观且接受常规医护分开查房的32例肠梗阻患者为对照组,比较2组患者干预前(病情稳定后)、干预后(出观察室前)心理状态及睡眠质量。心理状态应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评价,睡眠质量应用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表评价。结果:干预前,2组患者SAS评分、SDS评分、PSQI量表各维度评分及总分比较差异均无统计学意义,P>0.05。干预后,2组SAS评分、SDS评分、PSQI量表各维度评分及总分均明显降低,P<0.05;组间比较,观察组各指标评分更低,P<0.05。结论:医护联合共情查房有助于改善急诊观察室肠梗阻患者负性情绪,提高其睡眠质量。
Objective To investigate the influence of surgeon&nurses for empathy-making the rounds of the wards on their mental situation and sleep quality of intestinal obstruction(IO)patients at emergency observation room.Methods Enrolled the 33IO patients who received surgeon&nurse for empathymaking the rounds of the wards at author’s hospital’s emergency observation room(2020-02-2021-03)as observation group,meanwhile,32IO patients who received surgeon and nurses routinely and separately making the rounds of the wards at author’s hospital’s emergency room as control group.Then,compare both groups’patients’mental situation and sleep quality before intervention(after condition stablized)and after intervention(before out of observation room),in which mental situation was evaluated by using SAS and SDS,sleep quality was evaluated by using PSQI.Results Before intervention in the score ratings on SAS,SDS,and PSQI at all dimesions,as well as in total points of above items there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);But,after intervention,above-mentioned points value all declined(P<0.05);between the two groups observation group’s points value was more lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgeon&nurses for empathy-making the rounds of the ward is helpful to improve IO patients’negative mood at emergency observation room,and enhance their quality of sleep.
