摘要 某炼厂汽油池烯烃含量高,为了满足国Ⅵ标准B阶段汽油质量升级要求,决定采用M-PHG技术对催化汽油加氢装置进行改造。M-PHG技术采用全馏分催化汽油预加氢-轻重馏分切割-重汽油加氢改质-选择性加氢脱硫的工艺技术路线和专有催化剂,通过优化工艺参数,烯烃加氢异构、芳构化改质,在实现深度加氢脱硫的同时,大幅降低烯烃含量,辛烷值损失尽可能降低。改造实施后,装置一次开车成功,标定数据表明,催化汽油硫含量由113.3μg/g降至6.9μg/g,烯烃体积分数由41%降至31%,辛烷值损失0.8个单位,产品指标满足全厂调合生产国Ⅵ标准B阶段汽油要求。采用M-PHG技术进行国Ⅵ汽油质量升级改造,可以实现加氢脱硫、降烯烃和保持辛烷值的多重功能,且在满足改造后新工艺技术路线要求的前提下,可尽量利旧原有流程、原有设备,减少了装置改造投资。 With high olefin content in the gasoline pool,a refinery decided to adopt M-PHG technology to modify its FCC gasoline hydrogenation unit so as to meet the National Ⅵ(B) gasoline quality upgrading requirements.M-PHG technolo gy adopts proprietary catalysts.The full-range FCC gasoline is pre-hydrogenated and then sent to a splitter to separate light and heavy gasoline.After that,heavy gasoline is sent to a hydrotreating reactor for isomerization and aromatization reactions,and then the effluents are hydrodesulfurized in another reactor.Through process parameter optimization,olefin hydroisomerization and aromatization,the olefin content can be significantly reduced and the octane loss can be minimized while deep hydrodesulfurization is achieved.After modification,the unit was started up successfully at the first try.The operation data demonstrated that the sulfur content of FCC gasoline was reduced from 113.3μg/g to 6.9μg/g,the olefin content was lowered from 41 v% to 31 v% and the octane number was reduced by 0.8,meeting the requirement of refinery-wide National Ⅵ(B) gasoline blending and production.The application of M-PHG technology in National Ⅵ gasoline quality upgrading can realize the multiple functions of hydrodesulfurization,olefin reduction and octane number maintenance,and utilize the existing process flow and equipment as much as possible to reduce the modification investment on the premise of meeting the requirements of new process route after modification.
