“智能+”时代教研室的变革图景:虚拟教研室——以清华大学“电路原理”课程虚拟教研室为例 被引量:43

摘要 在“智能+”时代背景下,教育信息化、教学改革与学术交叉融合的趋势助推了教研室的变革,此时虚拟教研室的出现对于新型基层教学组织的创新探索具有重要意义。基于此,文章首先探讨了虚拟教研室的基本内涵,指出虚拟教研室既是区域协同育人的新机制和教师教学研究的共同体,又是教学资源共享的新平台。接着,文章以清华大学“电路原理”课程虚拟教研室为参考,设计了虚拟教研室的架构,包含平台支持、基本模式、成果产出、智慧教学等四个模块;同时,文章分析了清华大学“电路原理”课程虚拟教研室的应用成效。最后,文章从智慧平台建设、教师素养提升、资源共建共享、制定保障机制等角度提出虚拟教研室的建设路径,以期为深化教育教学改革、实现高等教育的高质量发展提供参考。 In the era of“intelligence+”,the trend of education informatization,teaching reform,and academic cross-integration has promoted the reform of the teaching and research section.At this time,the emergence of the virtual teaching and research section is of great significance for the innovative exploration of the new grassroots teaching organization.Based on this,this paper firstly discussed the basic connotation of the virtual teaching and research section,and pointed out that the virtual teaching and research section was not only a new mechanism of regional cooperative education and a community of teachers’teaching research,but also a new platform of teaching resources sharing.Then,taking the virtual teaching and research section of“Circuit Principle”course in Tsinghua University as reference,this paper designed the structure of the virtual teaching research section,which included four modules of platform support,basic model,achievement output and smart teaching.At the same time,the application effect of the virtual teaching and research section of“Circuit Principle”course in Tsinghua University was analyzed.Finally,the construction path of virtual teaching and research section was proposed from the aspects of intelligent platform construction,teachers’quality improvement,resources co-construction and sharing,and guarantee mechanism formulation,in order to provide reference for deepening education reform and achieving high-quality development of higher education.
