摘要
为评价一株来源于鸡肠道内容物的植物乳杆菌DK106的益生性能,试验测定了该菌株的生长特点、抗逆性、药物敏感性、抗氧化能力和黏附性等。结果显示,该菌株在14 h进入生长稳定期;能耐受0.3%胆盐浓度;对氟苯尼考、头孢噻肟、头孢曲松和林可霉素敏感;DPPH自由基清除率高达90.79%;该菌株经二甲苯处理30 min后,其表面疏水率高达97.40%;自凝聚率在第5小时可达68.80%;与大肠杆菌、沙门菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的第2小时共凝聚率分别达到20.59%、16.37%和55.32%。综上所述,植物乳杆菌DK106具有良好的益生性能,可作为家禽微生物饲料添加剂的菌株来源。
In order to evaluate the probiotics of Lactobacillus plantarum DK106 from chicken intestinal contents,the growth characteristics,stress resistance,protease producing ability,drug sensitivity,anti-oxidation ability and adhesion of the strain were tested.The results showed that plantarum DK106 entered the stable period of growth at 14h.The strain could tolerate 0.3%bile salt concentration.It was sensitive to Florfenicol,Cefotaxime,Ceftriaxone and Lincomycin.and DPPH free radical scavenging rate was as high as 90.79%.The surface hydrophobicity was 97.40%after treated with xylene for 30 min.Its auto-aggregation ratio rate was 68.80%at 5h,and the co-aggregation ratios were 20.59%,16.37%and 55.32%with E.coli,salmonella and Staphylococcus Aureus,respectively.In conclusion,lactobacillus plantarum DK106 had good probiotic properties and could be used as a strain source of microbial feed additive for poultry.
