反复胚胎种植失败患者的生育生活质量及相关因素

Fertility quality of life and related factors in patients with recurrent implantation failure

目的:探讨反复胚胎种植失败患者生育生活质量及相关因素。方法:选取江西省某三甲医院反复胚胎种植失败患者200例,采用生育生活质量量表(FertiQoL)、不孕症病耻感量表(ISS)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)进行调查。结果:FertiQoL总分为59.0(25.0,88.1)分。多元逐步线性回归结果分析显示,无子女、不孕时长、ISS得分与FertiQoL得分负向关联(β=-3.20、-2.44、-0.28),CD-RISC得分与FertiQoL得分正向关联(β=0.24)。结论:反复胚胎种植失败患者生育生活质量与病耻感及心理弹性密切相关,病耻感水平越高、心理弹性水平越低患者生育生活质量水平越差。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between fertility quality of life and stigma and resilience in patients with recurrent implantation failure.Methods:A total of 200 patients with recurrent implantation failure in a Grade A hospital in Jiangxi Province were investigated with the Fertility Quality of Life Questionnaire(FertiQoL),Infertility Stigma Scale(ISS)and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC).Results:The total score of FertiQoL was 59.0(25.0,88.1).Multiple steppe linear regression analysis showed that childlessness,infertility duration,ISS score were negatively associated with FertiQoL scores(β=-3.20,-2.44,-0.28),while CD-RISC scores were positively associated with FertiQoL scores(β=0.24).Conclusion:It suggests that fertility quality of life is closely related to stigma and resilience in patients with recurrent implantation failure.The higher the level of stigma and the lower the level of resilience,the worse the quality of life of the patients.
