摘要 合成3个新的双核铂( )类配合物,用元素分析、红外和紫外光谱、氢核磁共振谱及摩尔电导和热谱等方法对其进行了性质表征,并对它们进行了抗肿瘤活性的初步研究. Three new type binuclear platinum(Ⅱ)complexes have been synthesized for the first time. At the same time, the three precursor complexes have also been synthesized. They are characterized by elemental analyses, molar conductance, differential thermal analyses and spectral(IR, UV, 1 H NMR) studies. In vitro antitumor activity the results indicate that they have less activity against some human tumor cell lines.
