摘要
T2DM作为一种复杂的多因素疾病,以高血糖为特征,可引起多种心血管并发症,其中冠心病已成为DM患者发病率和死亡率的主要原因。随着RNA生物学不断发展和全基因组转录组分析技术进步,miRNAs被证实在T2DM相关动脉粥样硬化(AS)中发挥重要作用,有望成为其生物标记物。本文对miRNAs与T2DM相关AS的研究进展进行综述。
As a complex and multifactorial disease,type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is characterized by hyperglycemia.It can cause many cardiovascular complications which have become the main cause of mortality in DM patients.With the continuous development of RNA biology research and genome-wide transcriptome analysis technology,miRNAs have been proved to play an important role in T2DM related atherosclerosis(AS)and are expected to become its biomarkers.This paper reviews the research progress of miRNAs and diabetes-related AS.
