新型农业经营主体企业家才能结构与培育策略

Research on the Entrepreneurial Talent Structure and Cultivation Strategy of New Agricultural Operation Entities

新型农业经营主体带头人的企业家才能是增强主体发展实力、经营活力和竞争能力的重要因素。通过引入企业家才能理论的核心观点,厘清带头人企业家才能与新型农业经营主体高质量发展的关系基础,运用文献分析法与半结构化访谈,采集带头人企业家才能的特征条目,构建企业家才能结构的理论模型。研究表明:带头人具备机会识别、判断决策、组织生产、创新应对等4个维度企业家才能,且存在动态性、异质性特征。鉴于此,提出根据匹配性需求健全培育体系、根据群体性差异倡导分类精培、融合数字化技术创新培育模式,培育一批具有企业家才能的带头人,引领新型农业经营主体高质量发展,推动乡村产业振兴。

The entrepreneurial talent of leaders of new agricultural operation entities serves as an important factor to enhance their development strength,operation vitality and competitiveness.By introducing the core viewpoints of the entrepreneurial talent theory,the study clarifies the relationship foundation between entrepreneurial talent of leaders and high-quality development of new agricultural operation entities.Through literature analysis and semi-structured interviews to collect characteristic items of leaders’entrepreneurial talent,the study constructs a theoretical model of entrepreneurial talent structure.It finds that leaders have entrepreneurial talent in the four dimensions of opportunity identification,judgment and decision-making,production organization,and innovative response,and they demonstrate dynamism and heterogeneity.Therefore,this paper puts forward the three strategies of constructing a complete cultivation system according to matching needs,advocating classified intensive cultivation according to group differences,and innovating cultivation modes by integrating digital technology,so as to cultivate leaders with entrepreneurial talent,and thus lead the high-quality development of new agricultural operation entities,and promote the revitalization of rural industries.
