摘要
国家已颁发多个文件提出加强高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设。“双师型”教师应是师德优良,兼具理论与实践教学能力,同时能服务社会的高素质高水平教师。高职商务英语专业教师队伍存在教师个人行业经验欠缺、实践教学能力不足、队伍“双师型”结构不合理等问题。应依托校企合作平台,从强化师德师风建设、提高教师个人“双师型”素质、改善教师队伍“双师型”结构、增强团队社会服务能力、建立长期动态考核制度等途径入手,建设高职商务英语专业“双师型”教师队伍。
China has issued several documents to promote the development of double-qualified teachers in higher vocational colleges, who are supposed to be of high quality and high level both theoretically and practically in addition to commanding excellent ethics in serving the society. However, there are still some problems in this endeavor, such as teachers’ lack of personal experience in either teaching or work of trade, and ill-structured staff. This paper proposes measures to explore best the school-enterprise cooperative mechanism to tackle these problems, like improving teachers’ ethics and moralities, promoting their personal capabilities, reconstructing the staff structure, enhancing their social service skills, and establishing a dynamic long-term assessment system.
