某站滤波电容器单元的研制

摘要 针对某站滤波电容器单元及备品完全依赖进口的现状,通过对某支路进口电容器运行环境及损坏原因等进行分析,研制出可顺利取代或替换的电容器单元。经试验验证,研制出的电容器单元不仅通过了按GB/T 11024.1—2019、DL/T 840—2016标准进行的型式试验,还通过了交流1.4 U_(N)、历时1000 h的老化试验。研制出的电容器单元投运2年多以来状态良好,为该站其他滤波支路电容器替换的实现提供了依据,对其他电容器完全依赖进口的站有着重要的意义。 In view of the fact that the filter capacitor units and the spare parts inthe station are completely dependent on importing,by analyzing the operation environment and damage causes of imported capacitors in a branch,a capacitor unit that can be replaced or replaced smoothly is developed.Through test verification,the developed capacitor unit has not only passed the type test according to GB/T 11024.1—2019 and DL/T 840—2016 standards,but also passed the AC 1.4 U_(N) aging test lasting 1000 h.The developed capacitor unit has been in good condition since it has been put into operation for more than 2 years,which provides a basis for the replacement of capacitors in other filter branches of the station,and is of great significance to stations where other capacitors completely depend on imports.
