电网系统发生多起开关拒动导致越级跳闸事故,造成母线失压及负荷损失,严重的导致重要用户失压。为此选取两起典型10 kV开关拒动事件,根据现场设备实际情况,对拒动原因进行分析,并针对性地提出后续整改措施。

There have been many skip tripping accidents caused by switch refusal in the power grid system,resulting in bus voltage loss and load loss,and serious voltage loss of important users.Two typical 10 kV switch action events are selected.According to the actual situation of the field equipment,the reasons for refusal are analyzed in detail,and corresponding corrective measures are put forward accordingly.
