影响空气绝缘隔离开关开合容性小电流试验中恢复电压保持时间因素的研究

摘要 标准IEC/TR 62271-305:2009和GB/T 1984—2014中已对空气绝缘隔离开关开合容性小电流做出了专门的规定,与气体绝缘隔离开关开合母线充电电流试验方式3相比,在很多方面做出了新的要求。其中,在试验时要求恢复电压应在隔离开关到达其完全分闸位置后保持10 s。为此对标准试验回路进行了理论推导,发现了恢复电压保持时间和试验回路参数的关系,然后通过试验验证了其正确性。在此基础上得到了试验中恢复电压的特点及影响保持时间长短的因素,给出了满足标准要求的负载侧回路的时间常数。 The Standard IEC/TR 62271-305:2009 and GB/T 1984—2014 have made special provisions on the opening and closing capacitive small current of air insulated disconnectors.Compared with the charging current test method 3 of the opening and closing bus of gas insulated disconnectors,they have made new requirements in many aspects.Among them,the recovery voltage required during the test shall be maintained for 10 s after the disconnector reaches its full opening position.For this reason,the theoretical derivation of the standard test loop is carried out,and the relationship between the holding time of the recovery voltage and the parameters of the test loop is found.Then,the correctness of the test loop is verified.On this basis,the characteristics of the recovery voltage in this test and the factors affecting the holding time are obtained,and the time constant of the load-side loop that meets the requirements of the standard is given.
