摘要
从某水电厂出线断路器跳闸后引发厂内2台机组不正常事故停机出发,对2台机组动作情况不一致进行了检查和分析。以事故记录为参考,通过历史数据对信号的准确性进行验证,并结合现场元件动作情况及回路检查情况,对机组事故停机保护逻辑进行逐一排查验证,从而确定机组事故动作的真正原因,为相关人员进行类似事故分析时提供参考。
Based on the abnormal accident shutdown of two units in a hydropower plant caused by tripping of outgoing circuit breaker,the inconsistent actions of the two units are checked and analyzed.Taking the accident record as a reference,the accuracy of the signal is verified through historical data.Combined with the on-site component action and circuit inspection,the unit emergency shutdown protection logic is checked and verified one by one,so as to determine the real cause of the unit accident action and provide reference for relevant personnel to analyze similar accidents.
