摘要
以小浪底#2水轮发电机组转子动不平衡问题为切入点,梳理了水轮发电机组转子动不平衡的分析诊断方法,论述了以影响系数法进行转子动平衡试验的过程,提出了以发电机上导摆度、下导摆度和机架振动的矢量和来确定配重方位的方法,应用效果显著,对同类型的动平衡试验具有借鉴意义。
Taking the problem of rotor dynamic unbalance of Xiaolangdi No.2 hydro-generator set as the starting point,the analysis and diagnosis methods of rotor dynamic unbalance of hydro-generator set are summarized.The process of rotor dynamic balance test with the influence coefficient method is discussed,and the method of determining the position of counterweight by the vector sum of the upper guide swing of generator,the lower guide swing of generator and the frame vibration is put forward.The application effect is remarkable and it can be used for reference for the same kind of dynamic balance test.
