“坚持人民至上”,既是中国共产党以坚定政治立场和深厚人民情怀对人民庄严承诺的政治理念、政治纲领和政治路线,彰显出鲜明的红色色彩,又是中国共产党以胸怀天下的深厚人类情怀积极应对人类面临的生态危机与生命危机交织在一起的重大危机,以切实保障人民环境权益的思想武器和行动指南,彰显出促进人与自然和谐共生的绿色色彩,闪耀着红绿交融的生态政治光辉。从人与自然和谐共生视角领悟坚持人民至上,必须始终以人与自然和谐共生来确保人民的主体地位;必须始终以人与自然和谐共生来实现好、维护好、发展好包括人民环境权益在内的主体价值,促进人的自由而全面发展;必须始终以人与自然和谐共生来构建人类命运共同体、人类发展命运共同体、人类卫生健康共同体,确保人类在地球美好家园中世世代代永续发展。

“Adhering to the supremacy of the people”is not only the political philosophy,political program and political line that the CPC solemnly commits to the people with its firm political stance and deep people’s feelings,showing a distinctive red color,but also the ideological weapon and action guide of the CPC to effectively protect people’s environmental rights and interests by actively responding to the major ecological crisis and life crisis faced by human beings with a deep sense of humanity,showing the green color of promoting the harmonious coexistence of human beings and nature,and shining with the glory of ecological politics of red and green.From the perspective of the harmonious coexistence of human beings and nature to understand the meaning of“Adhering to the supremacy of the people”,the main position of the people must be ensured;the value of the people including human environmental rights and interests must be achieved,maintained and developed,to promote the free and comprehensive human development;a community with a shared future for mankind,a community of common development for mankind and a community of common health for mankind must be built,to make sure the sustainable development of human beings in a beautiful home on the earth for generations.
