“城市大脑”赋能城市治理现代化建设研究——基于青海省西宁市的实践分析

Research of ’urban brain’ empowering urban governance modernization:Based on a practical analysis of Xining city,Qinghai Province

文章采用资料分析法分析我国城市治理的背景、措施和存在的问题;以青海省西宁市为例,结合当地特色,探索适合西宁市的城市治理模式,提升当地城市治理现代化水平;将城市进行拟人化分析,结合对“城市大脑”的剖析和理解,实践探索并构建面向城市治理具体实操的西宁市“城市大脑”。结果表明,西宁市“城市大脑”充分利用西宁市新型智慧城市建设成果,横向融合跨部门的主要业务,纵向打通数据壁垒,取得一定运行成效,为其他城市在“城市治理”现代化方面提供参考。

The paper uses the method of data analysis to analyze the background, measures and existing problems of urban governance in China. It takes Xining as an example, combining with local characteristics, explored local urban governance models and improves the modernization level of local urban governance. Through the analysis of urban personification and the analysis of ’urban brain’, the paper constructed the ’urban brain’ of Xining for the practice of urban governance. The results showed that Xining ’urban brain’ has made full use of the achievements of new smart city constructions, horizontally integrated trans-department major businesses, vertically broke through data barriers, and achieved certain operational results, to provide a reference for other cities in the modernization of’urban governance’.
