摘要
PET作为阻燃工程材料在纺织纤维、汽车配件以及电子元件等领域得到广泛应用。使用二乙基次膦酸铝、复合磷酸酯、三聚氰胺氰脲酸酯等原料,可以完成PET无卤阻燃材料的制备。在制备加工过程中,阻燃剂能够保持稳定性,与PET树脂形成良好相容,确保制备的PET阻燃材料的加工性、结晶性和热稳定性良好,具有较强的成炭能力。文章浅析PET无卤阻燃材料的制备方法及性能,以期为相关研究提供借鉴。
PET is widely used as a flame retardant engineering material in fields of textile fibers, auto parts and electronic components. The preparation of PET halogen-free flame retardant materials can be completed by using raw materials such as aluminum diethyl phosphinate, compound phosphate ester and melamine cyanurate. Flame retardant can maintain stability and form good compatibility with PET resin during the preparation and processing process, ensuring that prepared PET flame retardant material has good processability, crystallinity and thermal stability, and has strong carbon-forming ability. The paper briefly analyzes the preparation methods and properties of PET halogen-free flame retardant materials, to provide reference for related research.
