摘要
采用GB/T14366—2017规定的检测及评估方法,评估某石化企业涤纶部卷绕岗听力损失情况。研究对象在接触噪声声级97.3 dB水平下暴露10,20,30,40年时,发生双耳高频平均听阈位移的风险分别为13.0%,30.0%,48.1%,69.3%,发生职业性噪声聋的风险分别为0~5.0%,11.2%,22.5%,37.2%。如果研究对象暴露时间超过30年,听力损失的风险为高风险。建议用人单位采取工程控制,制定听力保护计划、提供护耳器等措施,降低工人听力损失风险。
The test and evaluation methods specified in GB/T 14366—2017 were used to evaluate the hearing loss of polyester winding post in a petrochemical enterprise.When the study subjects were exposed to the noise level of 97.3 dB(A)for 10,20,30 and 40 years,the risk of high-frequency standard threshold shift were 13.0%,30.0%,48.1%and 69.3%respectively,and the risk of occupational noise deafness were 0~5.0%,11.2%,22.5%and 37.2%respectively.If the subject was exposed for more than 30 years,the risk of hearing loss was high.The employer shall take engineering control,formulate hearing protection plan,provide ear protectors and other measures to reduce the risk of workers′hearing loss.
