摘要
目的评估某催化裂化装置(FCC)巡检岗位噪声暴露水平及不确定度,提出更适合巡检岗位噪声暴露水平的测量评估方法。方法根据标准GB/T 21230—2014所述基于工种和全天的噪声测量方法,测量某FCC装置巡检岗位噪声暴露水平,并估算不确定度。结果该FCC装置巡检点附近噪声强度为82.7~90.2 dB(A),基于工种的噪声测量结果为83.8~87.2 dB(A),能量平均后的等效声级为85.8 dB(A),计算全天等效声级为82.8 dB(A),扩展不确定度为2.1 dB(A)。基于全天噪声测量结果为78.6~88.6 dB(A),能量平均后的全天等效声级为84.6 dB(A),扩展不确定度为4.7 dB(A)。结论基于工种的噪声测量方法简单易行,可控性好,不确定度低,更适合于巡检岗位噪声暴露水平的测量评估。
Objective To evaluate the noise exposure level and uncertainty of the routine inspection post in a FCC unit.,and select the suitable noise measurement and evaluation methods for the noise exposure level of the routine inspection post.Methods According to the noise measurement method based on job type and whole day of GB/T 21230—2014,the noise exposure level and uncertainty of the routine inspection post in a FCC unit were measured and estimated.Results The noise measurement results near the inspection points of a FCC unit were 82.7~90.2 dB(A).The noise measurement results based on job type were 83.8~87.2 dB(A),the equivalent sound level after energy averaging was 85.8 dB(A),the equivalent sound level of the whole day was calculated to be 82.8 dB(A),and the extended uncertainty was 2.1 dB(A).The noise measurement results based on whole day were 78.6~88.6 dB(A),the equivalent sound level after energy averaging was 84.6 dB(A),and the extended uncertainty was 4.7 dB(A).Conclusion The noise measurement method based on job type is simple,easy to implement,good controllability,lower uncertainty,and more suitable for the measurement and evaluation of noise exposure level in the routine inspection post.
