摘要
汽车在不同配置的车型中,零件需求信息变化,要求模具在同一个工序下通过快换机构来实现,针对各种快换机构的优缺点进行了分析,目的是让设计者能够根据设计空间自由选择恰当的机构,同时就非标柔性驱动快换机构设计要点进行详细分析与阐述,供设计者参考。
In the car models with different configurations, the parts demand information changes, and the molds are required to be realized by the quick-change mechanism in the same process. This article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various quick-change mechanisms. Select the appropriate mechanism, and at the same time conduct a detailed analysis and elaboration on the design points of the non-standard flexible drive quick-change mechanism for the designer’s reference.
