Research on Class Construction in Colleges and Universities under the Guidance of Group Dynamics

班级建设是高校学生思想政治工作的重要组成部分,针对班级建设中学生容易出现的纪律意识不足、班级凝聚力不够等问题,立足团体动力学的理论基础,明确成长互助小组的组成原则,划分成长互助小组的类型,监控成长互助小组的开展,逐步探究成长互助小组融入班级建设的具体实施阶段、运行步骤、评估及反馈方式,帮助学生在思想、心理、学习、生活等各方面互助互勉,实现个人与团体的共同发展,共同应对大学生活的挑战,从而达到班级建设的目的。

Class construction is an important part of the ideological and political work for college students.In view of the problems of lack of discipline awareness and insufficient class cohesion that students are prone to in class construction,based on the theoretical basis of group dynamics,the composition principles of mutual-help groups for growth are clarified,the types of mutual-help groups for growth are divided,and the development of mutual-help groups for growth is monitored,so as to gradually explore the specific implementation stages,operation steps,evaluation and feedback methods of mutual-help groups for growth integrated into class construction,help students help each other in thinking,psychology,learning,and life,thus achieving the common development of individuals and groups,helping students jointly cope with the challenges of university life,and finally achieving the purpose of class construction.
