摘要 职业院校以培养高素质的技术技能型人才为根本目的。传统职业教育模式理实分离,培养效果与企业实际需求不匹配。针对上述问题,为进一步落实学生高素质的人文素养和技能型的专业能力培养工作,该文针对理实一体化课程开展基于PDCA循环的创新性教学模式改革,以学生为主体,落实能力本位,准确监测和评估教学质量,分别从教师端口、学生端口实现了计划(P)→实施(D)→检查(C)→整改(A)的全周期教学模式改革,提升了教学水平。 The fundamental purpose of vocational colleges is to cultivate high-quality technical talents.In the traditional vocational education model,theory is separated from practice,and the training effect does not match the actual needs of enterprises.In response to the above problems,in order to further implement the cultivation of students’high-quality humanistic literacy and skill-based professional abilities,this paper focuses on the theory and practice integrated courses to carry out an innovative teaching model reform based on the PDCA cycle.Taking students as the main body,this paper proposes to implement the orientation of abilities,and accurately monitor and assess teaching quality,and the full-cycle teaching model reform of Plan(P)→Do(D)→Check(C)→Act(A)has been realized from teachers and students respectively,and the level of teaching quality has been improved.
