摘要
高速永磁电机在众多领域具有广阔的应用前景,本文首先对电机发展情况进行了总体介绍,给出了现有永磁电机的不同结构类型。为了降低电机热能损耗,可以从定转子的结构改良、制作新型永磁体材料方面考虑。之后对不同的电机冷却系统方案进行比较,提出了降低热损耗的方法并进行了改进。最后论述了永磁电机发展所面临的问题,展望高速电机的未来发展趋势和方向。
High-speed permanent magnet motors have broad application prospects in many fields.Firstly,this paper generally introduced the development of motors,and gave the structure of different types of permanent magnet machines.In order to reduce thermal loss of motor,the improvement of the stator and rotor structure and the production of new permanent magnet materials may be considered.Then,different motor cooling system schemes were compared,and methods to reduce heat loss were proposed and improved.At last,the problems the problems faced by permanent magnet motor development were summarized,and the future development trends and directions were prospected.
