摘要
针对全桥功率拓扑以及传统SVPWM驱动算法在两相无轴承电机控制中存在的问题,本文研究采用两相三桥臂功率拓扑方案配合开关损耗抑制算法实现两相无轴承电机的驱动控制。首先,理论推导两相三桥臂功率变换器SVPWM算法。其次,在两相三桥臂SVPWM算法基础上,提出适合于高载频控制条件下的开关损耗抑制算法。第三,从开关器件工作损耗及相电流谐波含量等方面对传统SVPWM算法和开关损耗抑制算法进行对比。最后,在一台两相无轴承电机实验平台上验证所提开关损耗抑制算法的有效性。
Aiming at the issues of full-bridge power converter and traditional SVPWM algorithm used in two-phase bearingless motors,this paper investigated two-phase three leg power topology as well as switching loss suppression algorithm to drive two-phase bearingless motors.Firstly,the SVPWM algorithm suitable for two-phase three leg power topology was derived theoretically.Then,on the basis of the SVPWM algorithm of two-phase three leg power topology,a switching loss suppression algorithm which was suitable for high carrier frequency control process was proposed.Subsequently,a comparison between traditional SVPWM algorithm and switching loss suppression algorithm was made in terms of power devices operational losses and phase current harmonic.Finally,the validity of proposed switching loss suppression algorithm was testified on an experimental platform of two-phase bearingless motor.
