国内外痛风基因学研究相关文献分析

Research status of gout genetics in China and abroad based on bibliometric analysis

目的使用文献计量学方法对国内外痛风基因学相关研究进行分析。方法通过系统检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库以及Embase数据库,中文检索词包括“基因”“顺反子”“痛风”“高尿酸血症”“HUA”,英文检索词包括“gout^(*)”“Gouty Arthritis”“gene^(*)”“Cistron^(*)”“Genetic Material^(*)”,获得1968年—2021年国内外痛风基因学研究的相关文献。使用VOSviewer1.6.16软件对纳入文献的发表时间、热点内容、载文期刊、作者及其单位机构进行分析,制作发文趋势图、高频关键词聚类网络、高产作者合作网络及相关内容的分析。结果痛风基因学研究领域总体发文量呈现稳步攀升趋势,且近20余年增长显著。国内有4个合作团体、国外有7个团体主要致力于痛风基因学研究,中文发文最多的国内学者为青岛大学附属医院的李长贵(50篇),英文发文最多的学者为新西兰奥克兰大学的DALBETH(68篇)。国内对该领域关注度最高的期刊为《中华风湿病学杂志》,国外为Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases。单核苷酸基因多态性、基因突变及其网络药理学研究等是近年研究热点,国内侧重于关注中医药治疗方面的研究,国外侧重于关注人群分布方面的研究。结论痛风基因学研究近年来在世界各国快速展开,国内外均有关注度较高的合作研究团体与期刊,国内外研究热点相似,但仍有一定差异。

Objective To analyze the related research on gout genetics in China and abroad based on literature metrology method.Methods Through systematic retrieval of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM and Embase databases,literatures on gout genetics research at home and abroad during 1968 to 2021 were obtained by taking the Chinese search terms“gene”,“cistron”,“gout”,“hyperuricemia”and“HUA”and English keywords“Gout”,“Gouty Arthritis gene”,“Cistron”and“Genetic Material”as the search terms.With the help of VOSviewer1.6.16 software,the publication time,hotspots,journals,authors and institutions of the included studies were extracted and analyzed.The publication trend chart,high-frequency keywords clustering network,high-yield author cooperation network and the comparative analysis of related contents were made.Results The total number of published articles in gout genetics research has shown a steady upward trend,and has increased dramatically in the past 20 years.Four cooperative groups in China and 7 foreign groups mainly devoted to gout genetics research.The author who published the most articles in Chinese was Changgui Li,Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University(50 articles),and in English was Dalbeth,N,University of Auckland,New Zealand(68 articles).The periodical with the highest attention to this field was Chinese Journal of Rheumatology in China and Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases in abroad.Single nucleotide gene polymorphism,gene mutation,and network pharmacology were the research hotspots in recent years.Domestic research focused on the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,while foreign research focused on the population distribution.Conclusions In recent years,the research on gout genetics has been developed rapidly in various countries,and there are cooperative research groups and journals with high attention at home and abroad.The research hotspots are similar at home and abroad,but there are still some differences.
