带竖缝暗梁连接装配式混凝土剪力墙抗震性能试验研究 被引量:4

Experimental study on seismic behavior of prefabricated concrete shear wall connected by dark beam with vertical perpends

摘要 设计制作1个现浇、7个带竖缝暗梁连接装配式混凝土剪力墙试件,通过拟静力试验,考察了轴压比、暗梁高度、暗梁配箍率3个因素对暗梁连接的可靠性、装配式混凝土剪力墙裂缝的开展及变形能力的影响,分析了剪力墙的滞回性能、延性、刚度退化、耗能能力等。结果表明,与现浇剪力墙相比,采用带竖缝暗梁连接的装配式混凝土剪力墙的滞回曲线均比较饱满,耗能能力显著增强,刚度退化规律与现浇剪力墙基本相似,能够较好地满足结构的整体传力要求,但受剪承载力有所降低;在轴压比为0.2~0.4范围内时,随着轴压比的提高,装配式剪力墙的受剪承载力提高幅度为23.0%~24.0%,而位移延性下降幅度为11.2%~33.3%。暗梁高度由350 mm增加至450 mm时,受剪承载力提高了20.8%,延性降低13.3%;由450 mm增加至550 mm时,受剪承载力降低了10.3%,延性降低了30.8%。受剪承载力出现先增大后减小的变化规律,同时延性降低速率进一步增大,暗梁配箍率对装配式剪力墙的抗震性能影响不明显。 One cast-in-place concrete shear wall specimen and seven prefabricated concrete shear walls connected by dark beam with vertical perpends are designed and manufactured.Through quasi-static tests,the effects of axial compression ratio,height of dark beam and stirrup ratio of dark beam on the reliability of dark beam connection,crack development and deformation capacity of prefabricated concrete shear wall are investigated,and the hysteretic performance,stiffness degradation,ductility and energy dissipation capacity of shear wall are analyzed.The results show that compared with the cast-in-place shear wall,the hysteretic curves of the prefabricated concrete shear wall connected by the dark beam with the vertical perpends are relatively full,the energy dissipation capacity is significantly enhanced,and the stiffness degradation law is basically similar to that of the cast-in-place shear wall.And the prefabricated concrete shear wall can better meet the overall transmission force requirements of the structure,but the shear bearing capacity is reduced.In the range of axial compression ratio of 0.2 to 0.4,with the increase of axial compression ratio,the shear bearing capacity of the prefabricated shear wall increases by 23.0%~24.0%,while the displacement ductility decreases by 11.2%~33.3%.When the height of dark beams increases from 350 mm to 450 mm,the shear capacity increases by20.8%,while the ductility decreases by 13.3%.When the height of dark beams increases from 450 mm to 550mm,the shear capacity decreases by 10.3%and ductility decreases by 30.8%.The shear capacity increases first and then decreases,and the ductility decreases further.The influence of stirrup ratio of dark beam on seismic performance of prefabricated shear wall is not obvious.
