内外分离式静电分析器的性能仿真研究

Simulation study on the performances of the separate-internalexternal type electrostatic analyzer

摘要 针对分割半球形和顶盖形静电分析器的缺点,提出了一种新型的内外分离式静电分析器,并使用粒子仿真模拟的方法分析了内外分离式静(separate-internal-external type electrostatic analyzer,SIETESA)电分析器的各项性能。结果表明该静电分析器由于可独立控制电极的数量的增加,具有动态通量响应范围,其几何因子(相当于仪器灵敏度)能够实现一个数量级的连续变化,并且具有高的能量分辨率、俯仰角分辨率和方位角分辨率,能有效避免分割半球形静电分析器电极之间电压击穿的风险和顶盖形静电分析器的散焦问题。 To overcome the shortcomings of the split hemispherical analyzer and the top-hat electrode analyzer,a novel separate-internal-external type electrostatic analyzer(SIETESA)was proposed.The performances of the SIETESA were analyzed by the particle simulation method.The results show that due to the increased number of independently controlled electrodes,the SIETESA has a dynamic flux response range and its geometric factor(which is relative to the sensitivity)can achieve a continuous change in one order of magnitude.And it has advantages of high energy,elevation and azimuthal resolutions.It can effectively avoid the risk of the voltage breakdown between electrodes of the the split hemispherical analyzer and the defocusing problem of the top-cap electrode analyzer.
