北京市农村供水工程水费收缴工作的思考

Reflections on the collection of water charges for rural water supply projects in Beijing

农村供水工程水费收缴是供水单位获得工程设施运行资金的重要来源,科学核算成本、制定合理水价及开展计量收费工作是保障农村供水工程可持续良性运行的重要机制。针对北京农村供水工程成本测算、水价制定及计量设施等方面存在的问题,提出了推进农村供水工程水费收缴的对策措施和意见建议,为各区进一步提升农村供水收费和管理水平提供了抓手,也将进一步提升农村供水安全保障水平。

The collection of water fees for rural water supply projects is an important source for water supply units to obtain funds for the operation of engineering facilities.In addition,scientific cost accounting,formulating reasonable water price and carrying out measurement and charging are important mechanisms to ensure the sustainable and benign operation of rural water supply projects.In view of the above problems in Beijing,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the collection of water fees of rural water supply projects,which improve the charge and management level and security level of rural water supply.
