免抬轴水泵叶片角度调节器在密云水库调蓄工程泵站改造中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 重点阐述了免抬轴水泵叶片角度调节器(以下简称“免抬轴”)的工作原理及密云水库调蓄工程兴寿泵站叶片调节机构由机械式全调节方式改造为免抬轴后的效果分析,对其进行了方案实施后的效果评价,并提出了工程改进建议。结果表明,免抬轴表现出了良好的应用效果及优势,对今后免抬轴在其他泵站工作中的应用提供了参考价值。 This paper focuses on the working principle of the free lift shaft pump vane angle regulator(lift-free shaft),and analyzes the effect of the transformation of the blade regulation mechanism of Xingshou pump station of Miyun Reservoir regulation and storage project from mechanical full regulation to lift-free shaft,further evaluate the effect after the implementation of the scheme,and put forward engineering improvement suggestions.The results indicate that the lift-free shaft shows good application effect and advantages,which provides reference for the future application of lift-free shaft in other pumping stations.
