Strategies for Improving Teaching Quality Management in Local Colleges Under the Background of New Liberal Arts Construction

新文科建设背景下,地方高校教学应主动融入新一轮科技革命和产业革命,以服务地方社会经济发展和区域经济产业转型为抓手,加强文理工专业交叉融合。同时教学质量管理要结合新文科建设,从教学质量管理组织、教学质量管理制度、教学质量管理流程以及教学质量管理监控四个方面展开,建立科学化教学质量管理组织、实施合理化教学质量管理制度、规范质量管理流程、构建科学的教学质量管理监控体系,全面建立“四位一体”的教学质量管理体系。

Under the background of new liberal arts construction,local college teaching should actively integrate into the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution,and strengthen the cross-integration of arts,science and technology majors with serving local social and economic development and regional econo-mic and industrial transformation as the starting point.At the same time,teaching quality management should be combined with the construction of new liberal arts from four aspects of teaching quality management organization,teaching quality management system,teaching quality management process and teaching quality management monitoring to establish a scientific teaching quality management organization,implement a rational teaching quality management system,standardize the quality management process,build a scientific teaching quality management monitoring system and comprehensively establish a"four-in-one"teaching quality management system.
