RESEARCH PROGRESS OF HYDROGEN METALLURGY TECHNOLOGY IN THE DOMESTIC AND OVERSEAS

摘要 在应对全球气候变化和碳中和的压力下,推广氢冶金技术是钢铁行业降低碳排放的有效途径,各国钢铁行业正在积极探索从碳冶金向氢冶金转变。本文对国内外钢铁行业的氢冶金工艺技术研究进行了概述,重点介绍了日本COURSE50项目、德国蒂森克虏伯氢基炼铁项目、奥钢联H_(2) Future、瑞典HYBRIT等国外氢冶金技术,以及国内宝武高炉富氢冶炼技术、河钢集团Energiron直接还原厂、建龙CISP项目、中晋CSDRI项目等。探讨了氢冶金技术研发和工业化的发展方向,以及未来促进我国氢冶金技术发展的重要因素。 In response to the pressure of global climate change and carbon neutral,it is an effective way to promote hydrogen metallurgy technology to reduce carbon emissions.Iron and steel industry of all countries are actively exploring metallurgy to hydrogen metallurgy.In this paper,the hydrogen metallurgy technology at home and abroad research are reviewed,mainly introduced the Japanese COURSE50 project,German ThyssenKrupp hydrogen smelting project,Sweden HYBRIT H_(2) Future and other foreign hydrogen metallurgy technology,as well as domestic Baowu blast furnace hydrogen rich smelting technology,HBIS Group Energiron direct reduction plant,Jianlong CISP project,Zhongjin CSDRI project,etc.The development direction and industrialization of hydrogen metallurgy technology and the important factors promoting the development of hydrogen metallurgy technology in China in the future are discussed.
