摘要
针对首钢迁钢新建360 m^(2)烧结机主抽风门调整频繁,运行不稳,导致烧结机篦条糊堵严重,烧结矿产量、质量波动较大的情况,借鉴他人研究结合生产实际,从堵塞物成分、糊堵机理、堵塞物来源分析了篦条糊堵的原因,并提出了解决措施。通过减少烧结过程中湿带厚度、提高混合料温度、控制终点位置、平衡固废、安装篦条震打装置等措施,烧结机篦条糊堵问题明显减轻,烧结矿较鼓强度提升1.25%,成品率上升2.7%。
In view of the situation of frequent adjustment and unstable operation of the main exhaust door of the newly built 360 m^(2) sinter in Shougang Qiangang,which leads to serious blockage of the grate of sinter and great fluctuation of sinter output and quality.This paper analyzes the causes of blockage of the grate from the blocking composition,blocking mechanism and blocking source of the blocking material,and puts forward solutions.By reducing the thickness of wet zone in the sintering process,increasing the temperature of mixture,controlling the terminal position of solid waste,balancing the installation of grate shaking device and other measures,the problem of grate blocking in sintering machine is significantly reduced,the sinter drum strength is increased by 1.25%,and the rate of finished product is increased by 2.7%.
