大型工程机械弹簧钢受力仿真分析与应用 被引量:1

摘要 利用大型有限元分析软件MSC.Marc对不同弹簧特性进行了仿真分析,通过静态刚度试验验证了结果的准确性。同时分析了不同温度下弹性模量的变化对弹簧刚度的影响,研究了弹簧钢淬透性和裂纹对弹簧受力的影响。结果表明,在室温条件下,国产弹簧钢的模拟评算刚度与实际值相对误差仅2.5%。随温度升高,国产进口弹簧钢的刚度逐渐减小,且二者数值大小接近;在有效圈数内,弹簧的圈间等效应力分布大体相同,沿圆周方向的受力远大于轧制方向。国产弹簧钢在渗透性及表面裂纹控制等方面与进口弹簧钢基本一致,可替代进口弹簧钢应用于大型工程机械装备。 A large finite element analysis software MSC.Marc was used to simulate different spring characteristics,and the accuracy of the results was verified by static stiffness test.At the same time,the influence of elastic modulus on spring stiffness at different temperatures is analyzed,and the influence of hardenability of spring steel and crack on spring stress is studied.The results show that the relative error between the simulated stiffness and the actual value is only 2.5%at room temperature.With the increase of temperature,the stiffness of the imported spring steel decreases gradually,and the two values are close to each other.Within the effective winding number,the distribution of equivalent stress between springs is roughly the same,and the force along the circumferential direction is much greater than that in the rolling direction.Domestic spring steel is basically the same as imported spring steel in permeability and surface crack control,which can replace imported spring steel and be used in large engineering machinery equipment.
