石灰窑绿色高效节能KR脱硫灰制备技术

PREPARATION TECHNOLOGY OF GREEN,HIGH EFFICIENCY AND ENERGY SAVING KR DESULFURIZATION ASH FROM LIME KILN

炼钢KR脱硫灰对产品粒度要求是0.5~1.2 mm的重量占比≥80%,单独的破碎机、粉磨机都不能满足产品的粒度要求。通过比较不同破碎设备、粉碎粉磨设备的优缺点,决定选用破碎机的破碎功能、立磨机的风载出料功能、球磨机粉磨工艺的选粉功能组合的多台设备联合生产方式生产KR脱硫灰。实践证明,设备选型合理,运行可靠,工艺先进,节能环保,产品完全满足炼钢对KR脱硫灰的粒度质量要求,契合河钢唐钢绿色发展的方向。

Steel making KR desulfurization ash for product particle size requirements of 0.5~1.2 mm can account for more than 80%of the weight.A separate crusher mill can not meet the requirements of product particle size.Through comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different crushing equipment and grinding equipment,it comes to choose crushing function of crusher,wind load discharge function of vertical mill and grind function of ball mill combination to produce.The practice of producing KR desulfurization ash with multiple equipment has proved that the equipment selection is reasonable,the operation is reliable,the technology is advanced,and the product completely meets the grain size quality requirements of KR desulfurization ash in steelmaking,and accords with the direction of green development of HBIS Group Tangsteel.
