摘要
总结归纳了目前国内外应用的电炉烟气冷却技术,并以110 t电炉的实践案例对如何深度回收电炉烟气余热进行了阐述。在铁水比51%、冶炼周期45 min的工况下,采用电炉烟气深度余热回收技术可使余热回收系统产汽量提升到38 t/h,对电炉短流程企业来说具有节能减排、降本增效、环境保护等多重效益。
It summarizes the current application of electric furnace flue gas cooling technology at home and abroad.And it also describes how to deeply recover waste heat of flue gas of 110t electric furnace with a practical case.At the working condition that ratio of molten iron 51%,smelting period 45min,steam production of waste heat recovery system can be increased into 38 t/h.For electric furnace short process enterprises,it has multiple benefits such as energy saving,emission reduction,cost reduction and environmental protection.
