摘要
锁钩是航空机载设备上的主要受力件之一,在进行耐久试验过程中,发生了断裂失效现象。通过强度分析、断口分析和金相分析得出材料强度满足试验要求,锁钩圆角处基材表层存在的裂纹在随机振动过程扩展及增长导致了此次锁钩断裂失效。从工艺过程对锁钩的加工提出了改进措施和要求,可以解决锁钩零件因裂纹导致断裂失效的问题。
The lock hook is one of the main force-bearing parts on the airborne equipment;there is a fracture failure occurred during the durability test.In this paper,it is concluded through the strength analysis,fracture analysis and metallographic analysis that the material strength can meet the test requirements;cracks on the surface of the material at the corner of the lock hook expand and grow during the random vibration process,which would lead to the failure of lock hook.Finally,the improvement measures and requirements of technological process are proposed to solve the fracture failure problem of lock hook due to cracks.
