摘要
可拆卸式系留接头在进行寿命试验过程中试验件从工装上意外脱落,经目视检查产品接头在倒角根部产生裂纹。通过故障树分析、有限元仿真及断口失效机理分析明确零件裂纹故障原因为疲劳开裂。根据结构载荷形式对该接头进行设计改进并对改进后结果进行有限元仿真及试验验证,改进结构满足设计要求。
During the life test of the detachable tethered joint,the test piece fell off from the tooling accidentally,and the product joint had cracks at the root of the chamfer through visual inspection.Through the fault tree analysis,finite element simulation and fracture failure mechanism analysis,it is clear that the cause of part crack fault is fatigue crack.Design of the joint is improved according to the structural load form,and the improved results are verified by finite element simulation and test.The improved structure meets the design requirements.
