智轨电车电机冷却系统设计与管路优化分析 被引量:2

摘要 智轨电车采用三相永磁异步电机,其结构紧凑,发热量大,为了其安全可靠运行,对冷却系统的设计尤为重要。根据智轨电车的驱动电机及电机控制器的发热量以及空间布置重点设计智轨电车的电机冷却系统,同时,基于AMESim仿真软件,搭建智轨电车的牵引电机散热系统仿真模型,通过分析验证得出相关设计参数,为提供最优的系统布置以及管路连接方式提供参考。 The autonomous-rail rapid transit uses three-phase permanent magnet asynchronous motor,which is compact in structure and generates large amounts of heat.Therefore,for safe and reliable operation,design of the cooling system is particularly important.In this paper,the motor cooling system of autonomous-rail rapid transit is designed according to the heat generation and spatial arrangement of the driving motor and the motor controller of autonomous-rail rapid transit.At the same time,the simulation model of heat dissipation system of the traction motor for the smart rail tram is built based on the AMESim simulation software;and the relevant design parameters are obtained through analysis and verification so as to provide references for providing the optimal system layout and pipeline connection method.
