超高压输电线路T型线夹发热断线原因分析 被引量:4

摘要 针对超高压输电线路日益增多,电网安全稳定运行日趋突出,重点对某330kV交流输电线路T型线夹压接工艺质量不高,长期运行造成线路断线事故的原因进行分析。结合电力行业标准对T型线夹进行宏观检查、尺寸测量、应力试验、X光探伤以及模拟试验,结果进行分析,指出T型线夹的弊端和压接工艺不良,在长期负荷变动、应力作用情况下造成断裂的原因。目前,T型线夹压压接后检验手段相对欠缺等不利因素的影响,线夹的压接质量无法得到保证,致使线夹成为所投运线路的薄弱环节,通过红外测温和无人机巡视手段跟踪记录,根据情况制定量化数据对比,分析对比结果,对确保电网安全稳定运行具有重要的借鉴意义。 In view of the increasing number of ultra-high voltage transmission lines,and the safe and stable operation of the power grid has become increasingly prominent,the reasons for low quality of the T-clamp crimping process and long-term operation of a 330kV AC transmission line are analyzed. The macro inspection,size measurement,stress test,X-ray inspection,and simulation test for the T-shaped clamp are conducted,and the test results are then analyzed in combination with the power industry standards;it points out the drawbacks of the T-shaped clamp and the causes of fracture under the condition of longterm load changes and stress action. At present,due to the relative lack of inspection methods after the crimping of the Tshaped clamp,the crimping quality of the clamp cannot be guaranteed,resulting in the clamp has become the weak link in the line that is put into operation[1-2]. Through the tracking records of infrared temperature measurement and UAV inspection means,and the quantitative data comparison according to the situation,the results are analyzed and compared;it is of important reference significance for ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
