悬臂式掘进机自动截割系统设计应用 被引量:4

摘要 针对煤矿井下综掘工作面巷道成形差、掘进效率低问题,设计基于PCC+PP480的悬臂式掘进机自动截割控制系统。将巷道参数、掘进机参数输入PP480智能控制面板后,以通信方式传送给PCC可编程计算机控制器。PCC周期性采集掘进机传感器数据并经逻辑处理后对设置的参数进行修正并形成可执行的自动截割、记忆截割、边界控制程序。应用试验结果表明,该掘进机自动截割控制技术能够提高掘进机生产效率、巷道成形较好,保证掘进机高效、安全运行。 Aiming at the problems of poor roadway formation and low excavation efficiency in the fully mechanized excavation face of coal mines,an automatic cutting control system for cantilever roadheaders based on the PCC+PP480 is designed in this paper.The roadway parameters and tunneling machine parameters are input into the PP480 intelligent control panel,and then they are transmitted to the PCC programmable computer controller by communication.PCC periodically collects the roadheader's sensor data,and after logical processing,it corrects the set parameters and forms executable automatic cutting,memory cutting,and boundary control procedures.The industrial test results show that the automatic cutting control technology of the roadheader can improve the production efficiency of the roadheader,better shape the roadway,and ensure the efficient and safe operation of the roadheader.
