摘要
针对掘进工作面智能监测系统已无法满足掘进工作面开采技术与设备升级的现状,提出了基于掘进工作面智能监测系统的优化改进方案,通过分析现有问题,确定三种针对性监测方法,分别对空顶、超循环作业监测预警系统设计、皮带机堆煤监测预警系统设计以及人员违规监测预警系统进行介绍,通过对完成的掘进工作面智能监测系统试验应用发现,智能监测系统运行平稳可靠,监测预警准确率超过95%,可推广应用于实际生产之中。
In view of the fact that the intelligent monitoring system of driving face can no longer meet the current situation of mining technology and equipment upgrading of driving face,an optimization and improvement scheme based on the intelligent monitoring system of driving face is put forward in this paper.By analyzing the existing problems,three targeted monitoring methods are determined;the vacant roof,supercirculation operation monitoring and early warning system design,the design of coal stacking monitoring and early warning system of belt conveyor and personnel violation monitoring and early warning system are introduced respectively.It is found through the test application of the completed intelligent monitoring system for tunneling faces that the intelligent monitoring system operates smoothly and reliably,and the accuracy of monitoring and early warning exceeds 95%,which can be popularized and applied in practical production.
