摘要
针对矿井用胶带输送机在智能互联、远程操控、人机交流三方面存在的问题,提出基于智能控制技术的胶带输送机智能化方案。以ZigBee无线通信模式获取传感器数据并传送至上位机,实现胶带输送机控制系统于矿井井下环网的智能互联;设计远程操作平台及人机交互平台,实现胶带输送机的远程操作及人机交互,方便操作者实时掌握胶带输送机工作状态。应用结果表明,该胶带输送机智能化方案提升了设备的操作性能、运行效率和智能化水平。
Aiming at problems of the mine belt conveyors in the areas of intelligent interconnection,remote control,and human-machine communication,an intelligent solution for belt conveyors based on the intelligent control technology is designed.The sensor data is obtained in ZigBee wireless communication mode and transmitted to the host computer to realize the intelligent interconnection of the belt conveyor control system in the underground ring network of the mine;a remote operation platform and a human-computer interaction platform are designed to realize the remote operation and human-computer interaction of the belt conveyor,it is convenient for the operator to grasp the working status of the belt conveyor in real time.The actual application results show that the intelligent solution of the belt conveyor improves the operation performance of the equipment,and improves the operation efficiency and intelligence level of the equipment.
