摘要
为有效解决ZY7800/22/45D型液压支架推移千斤顶日常应用中易出现窜液的问题,结合推移千斤顶结构,分析了推移千斤顶窜液原因,得出活塞密封失效通常是引发液压支架推移千斤顶窜液的主要原因,对此探讨了活塞密封失效的几种情况,结合实际工况,提出了具体解决方法,通过对活塞结构进行改进,有效解决了该型液压支架推移千斤顶的窜液问题,液压支架的支撑力得到了保障,为采煤作业提供了更安全的作业环境。
In order to effectively solve the fluid channeling problem in daily application of the ZY7800/22/45D hydraulic support jack,the main causes of fluid channeling problem are analyzed,and it is concluded that the piston seal failure is usually the main cause of the jack fluid channeling by the hydraulic support. Thus several cases of piston seal failure are discussed,and the specific solutions are proposed in combination with the actual working conditions. Through improvement of the piston structure,the fluid blow-by problem of the jack by the hydraulic support is effectively solved. The supporting force of the hydraulic support is guaranteed,thus it provides a safer working environment for the coal mining operations.
